Seasons of spirit was a sensual experience, a rite of seven layers. We understand dinner as a sensorial experience, a social sculpture, a collective performance which artistic quality is the Now. We proposed a reflection on the concept of dinner with seven seasons and seven layers. Connecting through the rite of eating together, sharing sensual sensations. We believe feeding is caring and cooking is alchemy.

There were seven courses with seven different layers:
