During the opening days, the Biennale Pavilion was inaugurated by the artist @irene_f_arcas. Her site-specific installation “Southness is an Attitude” was conceived and realized especially for the Biennale in the Skulpturenpark in the Faulerbad.

The performance “Santa Romería de la Diosa Aceituna” (Holy Pilgrimage of the Goddess of the Olive) included a poetry reading and a collective meditation. Afterwards, the portal to the beach of Granada Almuñecar opened and together we ended the evening with music and an aperitif.
